Crepet and Toussant founded Autos Léger V. Crepet in Lyon in 1904 with a workforce of four employees and one apprentice. Exactly three cars are documented. The first began as a four-seat tonneau, was converted to a utility body and appeared at the Paris Salon; the second was a chain-driven two-seater; and the third was a shaft-driven four-seater sold to a doctor. The principal account gives each a proprietary 9 hp twin and three-speed gearbox, although another source mentions four-cylinder power. Production ended in 1907 without further examples.
