Arno Motor Co began motorcycle manufacture at Dale Street, Coventry, in 1906 and later moved through Gosford Street and Lamb Street premises. Its 1908 range used proprietary 3 and 3½ hp singles with rear-mounted magnetos; some were rebadged for Gamages. A 2¼ hp lightweight and 3½ hp TT model followed in 1912, and the TT's finish inspired the Red Arno name from 1914, joined by a 4½ hp sidecar-capable machine. Arno also showed a 25 hp White and Poppe-engined shaft-drive car in 1908. Motorcycle listings ended in 1915 and the works passed to William Montgomery.
