Victor Antoine established an engine and vehicle concern at Liège around 1900. Its automobile range comprised a light 4 hp voiturette and a much larger 15/25 hp car offered in 1903. Antoine also manufactured motorcycles and engines, drawing on Belgian designers including Paul Kelecom; a technically notable 415 cc four-cylinder motorcycle appeared by 1905. Automobile production ended in 1903, while the powered two-wheel activity continued at least two more years.
