Anhui Anqing Auto Factory founded the Anda'er badge in 1991, initially adapting BAW and FAW/Jiefang vehicles under AQ type codes. Renamed Anhui Anqing Anda'er Auto Factory in 1995, it developed the AAQ 6370 and 6380 mini-MPVs on Tianjin Xiali mechanicals, Xiali-derived pickups, and the larger Previa-inspired AAQ 6480. Weak sales led to bankruptcy in 2003. A locally backed 2006 revival built twenty AAQ 600 electric taxi trials before another bankruptcy in 2010. Yudea acquired the remaining Wangjiang assets in 2016 and reused Anda'er for electric buses beginning with the AAQ 6660. These discontinuous phases are kept in one badge lineage while their corporate breaks remain explicit.
