Automobiles Allain et Niguet began building cars at Le Kremlin-Bicêtre around 1921 and marketed them under the abbreviated AN marque. Its complete documented range consisted of one lightweight cyclecar powered by a 994 cc water-cooled V-twin. A two-speed gearbox and shaft final drive distinguished its transmission from many belt- or chain-driven contemporaries. Production ended in 1923 without a successor model.
