Fischer and Abele established Automobil- und Motorenwerke Alliance on Alexandrinenstraße in Berlin in 1903 or 1904. Alliance produced automobiles in two- and four-cylinder classes while also offering engines, parts and complete chassis to other vehicle factories. Historical accounts conflict over whether all power units were built internally or purchased, and no dependable type-name sequence survives. Vehicle manufacture ended in 1905.
