Guido Adami moved from motor racing and repair work into automobile construction in Florence around 1900. His firm, G. Adami & Ci., developed its own 16 hp engine and installed it in the Rondine, the marque's only production model. The car was presented publicly at the Turin Motor Show in 1902, giving the small Tuscan venture national exposure. Adami continued manufacturing the Rondine until 1906, when automobile production ended without a successor model.
